ShipKit DevTools: Web Extract MCP

An MCP server that gives an AI agent five tools for reading web pages: fetch_text returns the readable text, extract_links returns links with their text, extract_tables returns HTML tables as rows, extract_metadata returns the title, description, canonical URL and OpenGraph tags, and css_select returns the text of elements that match a CSS selector. No API key is needed. For safety, it only accepts http and https URLs and refuses addresses on your own machine or private network (including after a redirect), so an agent that has been tricked by a web page cannot use it to reach your internal services. Works with any MCP client. Requires Python 3.10 or newer. Includes server.py, requirements.txt and a README with the client configuration.
