Assist(A)nce Prov(I)derAI

Create an AI agent that will automatically fix Microsoft Windows operating system issues like a computer helpdesk would. It must work with Windows versions 7 and up. It must work with Windows workstation and Windows Server operating systems. It should track tickets for each user, with details on the issues and fixes performed. It should be username and password protected for each user, to only see their own tickets. It should have an administrator logon that can see all of the tickets in a nicely formatted and understandable way by username and grouped by company name. It should allow for automatic email to be send to a defined administrator email and also email the logged-on person when a ticket is placed and another email when completed and fixed.
