Market Regime Analyzer detects current market conditions and adjusts signal weights accordingly. It classifies markets into regimes: TRENDING_UP, TRENDING_DOWN, RANGING, HIGH_VOLATILITY.

Regime Adjustments:

• TRENDING_UP: Boost longs (1.4x), reduce shorts (0.6x)
• TRENDING_DOWN: Boost shorts (1.4x), reduce longs (0.6x)
• RANGING: Trust mean reversion more (1.2x)
• HIGH_VOLATILITY: Reduce all signals (0.7x), higher confidence threshold

Analyzes: Fear/Greed, price changes, volatility, OI changes, liquidation bias.
