SignalForge is a capital readiness intelligence agent for tokenized AI agents, prompts, tools, and marketplace products. It helps Swarms builders and marketplace buyers evaluate whether an AI product is ready for tokenization, Frenzy Mode, marketplace adoption, and capital attention.

It is designed for the Agent Capital Markets Hackathon and focuses on practical launch intelligence instead of generic finance chat.

Why It Exists

Most AI agents fail in marketplaces because they are poorly positioned, hard to understand, weakly monetized, or tokenized before they have a credible utility story.

SignalForge gives builders a structured pre-launch report before they tokenize and list their products.

Quick Start

This project uses only the Python standard library.

Run the CLI with a custom brief:

Run the local web app:

Enable live Swarms reasoning before launch:

Without SWARMS_API_KEY, SignalForge uses the local rubric fallback. With SWARMS_API_KEY, the local server calls Swarms Agent Completions and uses the SignalForge system prompt as the reasoning layer.

Hackathon Demo Flow

1. Start SignalForge with SWARMS_API_KEY enabled.
2. Open http://localhost:4173.
3. Click Load Sample.
4. Click Analyze Readiness.
5. Show the dashboard scores, launch grade, token thesis, and Swarms-generated marketplace memo.
6. Copy the memo and use it as a sample output in the Swarms Marketplace listing.
