FLAGSHIP CASE - WeChat Official Account Customer-Service Agent
A support agent that lives inside a company's WeChat Official Account. It does not invent answers: it turns the SOPs you already have into customer-facing replies. The user asks, it normalises the question, retrieves from your knowledge base, and answers from the SOP with a citation trail. When retrieval is weak - or the customer asks for a human or files a complaint - it hands off instead of guessing.

Setup happens in conversation: send it the AppID, AppSecret, domain and SOP links, and it replaces placeholders, generates the token, validates the callback, and rolls back if anything fails. Human approval before send by default; auto-reply optional.

Measured against three numbers: first-answer accuracy >=95%, misrouted handoff <15%, first response <8s.

HOW WE WORK

1. Scope document - what is in, what is out, and how acceptance is judged. Written before any code.
2. Build to the scope - working software, not slides.
3. Handover - source code, deployment instructions, and verification evidence.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
You test it against the scope document, not against our demo. If a listed requirement fails, we fix it before final payment.

NOT INCLUDED
Model or API costs, third-party subscription fees, and content authoring (we build the retrieval pipeline; your domain experts supply the source material).

RISKS WE TELL YOU UP FRONT

• Retrieval quality is bounded by the quality of your source documents.
• Platform API limits (message windows, rate limits) constrain what any agent can do.
• A custom build is not a no-code product; it needs someone to own it after handover.
