Multi-chain EVM event-log scanner packaged as a tool for swarms agents. scan_logs() runs eth_getLogs on free public RPC endpoints (Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Gnosis), falls back between endpoints, and auto-splits large block ranges so public-RPC range limits do not break the scan. Defaults to ERC-20/721 Transfer events; any topic0 works. Python, needs only `requests`; the self-test was run against Base mainnet before listing.
